Navigating transitions means embracing the practice of reflection and choosing change

As promised in November’s newsletter, I’m mixing things up in December. Here’s a brand-new, limited-time special offer for you, which will be followed in a few weeks by an annual reflection from me.

Introducing:

AND NOW WHAT?

A Guided Reflection Workbook for Your Next Chapter

Transitions are a chance for creating meaningful change. So often, in the face of change, we shy away from new possibilities. It’s easier to stay safe, to stay comfortable. We want to change, to “improve” (whatever that means!), and to commit to starting – or finishing – things that we’ve long put off.

Perhaps the change of the calendar year is the one exception. With millions of neighbors simultaneously tuning into what they want to change, “New Years Resolutions” are more comfortable moments to say that we’re going to make changes. And then? We often don’t. We start, flounder, and shy away from sustaining the change. But it’s not to make you feel guilty. On the contrary, one of our human gifts is the tendency to overestimate what we can do or achieve.

Most people overestimate what they can do in a day, and underestimate what they can do in a month. We overestimate what we can do in a year, and underestimate what we can accomplish in a decade. - someone else who’s much wiser than me

I’m not going to claim to have the perfect solution, to guarantee that my formula will help you set realistic goals, nor to suggest that you’ll fulfill your wishes for your life’s next chapter. That’s on you.

As a certified coach, what I can offer is proven tools that support meaningful reflection and guide you toward defining your own clearly defined and highly desirable changes, with a stronger awareness of reality, past and present.

From hundreds of hours of coaching professionals to evolve their lives and their relationships to their work, I know that what’s on the surface isn’t always at the heart. That’s why I’ve crafted a reflective journey to support you to do the same.

Whether it’s the change of the calendar or a different season of change in your life,
Whether this is a conscious choice to initiate change or something that feels forced,
Whether you’re aware that you’re transitioning or not (we always are 😉),

From hundreds of hours of coaching experience

Baked with love (alongside Thanksgiving prep)

Including audio companions, so that my voice guides your journey

This is an offer to root yourself in reflection, commit to meaningful change, and find joy in every step of your transition.

It's 12+ guided exercises designed to help you:

✓ Understand what actually happened in your last chapter
✓ Separate the facts from the stories you tell yourself
✓ Figure out what YOU want (not what you should want)
✓ Take the next steps with clarity

I'm offering it until January 7 for €49 (regularly €99). (It’s about $59 USD, depending on the current exchange rate.)

And! here's the bonus part: I also recorded an audio companion. People have told me that my voice helps them think more clearly, so I’ll join you along the way.

If you’re still sitting on a professional development budget or decision that you’d like to leave in 2025, there’s an option to upgrade to the workbook plus 4 live coaching sessions for €299 (~$349). (That’s about 150 bucks off, just saying!)

I know I’m early with mentioning the close of 2025, but what I’m really asking you to do is to start when ready and to not let the calendar tell you when you’re ready for change. If you want to give yourself this permission, that’s my offer.

The website is full of questions and answers, as well as some audio samples and purchase options. Of course, if you don’t find what you’re looking for, I’d love to hear from you personally, too.

Thanks for embracing change.

In joy,
Stephen
